Ember is a personal networking CRM that runs inside Claude Cowork. Track contacts, draft outreach messages, log interactions, and never let a good connection go cold — all through plain English conversation.

⚠️ After duplicating — rename these five items

When you duplicate this template, Notion adds "(Template)" to the end of every database and page name. Ember won't work until you rename them. Here's what to rename:

Applications (Template) Applications
Ember Settings (Template) Ember Settings

To rename: click the ••• next to each database/page → Rename.

What's inside

This template contains four linked databases and one settings page:

Item What it's for
Contacts Everyone in your network
Interactions Every conversation, message, or meeting
Companies Target companies and employer directory for your contacts
Applications Job applications tracked per role, linked to companies and referral contacts
Ember Settings Your name, role, and networking goal — used to personalise every message Ember drafts

All four databases are linked — interactions connect to contacts, contacts connect to companies, and applications link to both companies and referral contacts.
